About
My work is rooted in the belief that transformation doesn’t come from willpower alone—it comes from daily, actionable practices that gently rewire how we think, feel, and respond to life.
My Story
My path to this work began over a decade ago, shaped by personal loss and a deep desire to understand how our youth lose their way. After witnessing the devastating impact of the opioid crisis and rising mental health struggles, I returned to school to study psychology, focusing on addiction and recovery. But what I found missing was prevention—what comes before the crisis.
Becoming a parent shifted everything. Watching my children grow opened my eyes to how we are conditioned from early on to value obedience over authenticity, compliance over intuition. I began questioning the cultural narratives we’re handed—and the consequences they carry.
This sparked a journey of unlearning and discovery. I became a certified Positive Discipline Parent Coach, driven by a vision for conscious parenting and intuitive living. Alongside this work, I followed a personal path of healing—listening to the quiet inner voice that had long been buried beneath expectation and burnout.
Now, my daily intention is to live in alignment—body, mind, and spirit—and help others do the same. Here, I’ve created a safe space for those ready to reconnect with their inner wisdom and chart a path toward more grounded, joyful living.
Surrender
Let Go of Everything You Think You Should Be, and Embrace Everything You Are
This simple truth became a turning point in my life. By slowing down and turning inward, I reconnected with my intuition and began creating space for balance—mentally, physically, and spiritually.
Life continues to offer both beauty and heartbreak, but through it all, I remain anchored in presence and self-trust. That clarity has opened the door to deep healing and lasting change.
This space was created with intention—to support you in reconnecting with your own inner wisdom. Together, we’ll explore simple, meaningful practices that help you return to yourself, day by day.
